We have over 65,000 employees and a presence in virtually every country around the world to address some of the most challenging global health issues.The Business Analyst Continuous Improvement PMO is responsible for analyzing simple to complex business operations and recommending solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals. Provide key analytical support with the overall mission of conducting trending and analysis necessary to meet our business goals and objectives. This includes working cross-functionally with the CI PMO functional leaders and program teams to fulfill ad-hoc data requests and deliver detailed analysis of the PMO portfolio of projects.Principle DutiesDevelop and manage data visualization tools that include project data and metrics, including risks and issues of the CI PMO portfolio of programs/projectsUnderstand business processes and interpret them to define requirements, analyze current as-is processes and conceptualize to-be requirementsSupport PMO activity and PMO team including process analysis, system analysis, measuring success, and stakeholder and leadership reporting with minimal oversightDevelop detailed user requirements and data visualization tools for the PMO with minimal oversightSupport solution developers and business subject matter experts with documentation of functional and technical processes using Visio; Develop detailed process maps and business process procedure documentationAnalyze data and draw conclusions from the data as it relates to business processesDevelop Standard Operating procedures and desktop procedures for business usersWork with subject matter experts to define performance measures and collection methodologyActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify, improve and enhance the customer experienceAnalyze business processes, functions, and procedures to determine most effective business systems software to meet the needs of the organizationCommunication to PMO teams and leadership on status of projects and programs within the portfolioMust Have Requirements:A Minimum of 3-5 years of managing relevant experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, computer science or related fieldProven experience of working in a matrix organization and cross functional teams to create business dashboardsProficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite particularly PowerPoint, Access and ExcelUnderstand and work with data visualization and reporting tools (i.e. Power BI)Understand PMBOK and project management experienceAttention to detail, effective communicator, strong organizational skills and analytical mindsetProblem solving, decision making, facilitation, presentation skillsDrive for results and be part of the solution, team-orientedProven experience of gathering user requirements for visualization and reporting toolsExperience working in a fast and internal customer-facing roleSelf-Driven with ability to work independently and with the team, as necessaryExperience analyzing unstructured and structured data sets and systemically organize into a dashboard that is simply understood by teams and leadershipExperience working in a medical devices or other regulated industry (i.e. Pharma, Biotech)Good time-management skills and demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly desired:Manage complex systems for Class 2 medical deviceKnowledgeable Quality Leader with problem-solving skills, able to find innovative ways to resolve issues.
