Overview

Position: Business Analyst
Duration: Long term
Location: Remote

Business Need for this role:
  • Replacement for resource on my team.

Top Must-Have Skills / Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be proficient in office tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • This individual must be an excellent written communicator.
  • Ability to deliver results without being micro managed.
  • Self-Starter
  • Facilitator
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be a driver
  • SharePoint, with preference given to individuals who are proficient -preferred
  • Banking/Finance experience is a nice to have
  • Background - business and some technical would work.

Degrees/Certifications/Years of Overall Experience Required:
  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred

Day to day responsibilities:
  • Data set in Excel and analyze in PowerPoint
  • Put together presentations - year over year what the portfolio looked like
  • Work with directors to dig into their information such as headcount, etc.
  • Build something in Excel based on the data that you are provided
  • Group wide communications management (i.e,.monthly all hands meetings, key email communications)
  • Maintenance of headcount reporting and various other "business functions" key to running the business of an IT group
  • Reporting and metrics support for the run the bank group.
