Job Description

Responsible for developing new system functionality, regression testing and integration of changes into the production environment. Also responsible for managing, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting Supply Chain applications, Responsible for high quality service delivery on time and on budget. Must understand the impact, risks, implications, and cost of recommendations. Travel to remote sites as required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Offer support to the project management team through creation of documentation for project specifications, requirements, and reports on project status internal and external purposes.
  • Facilitate meetings and working sessions for project teams using Zoom and Teams and maintain project timelines using SmartSheet to help ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
  • Organize project tasks across various design and development resources including briefs, files, and documentation to increase project efficiency.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, reporting and analysis
  • Manage 3rd party eCommerce and digital marketing vendors and agencies
  • Document change orders, meeting notes, performance/burn reports, timelines and financial tracking updates as needed.

  • Primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, executives, and internal team members.
  • Collaborate within Project teams to continuously improve solutions and processes
  • Develop relationships with internal functional areas and conduct regular requirement gathering, applications functionality review and project updates.
  • Responsible for regression testing and integration of changes into production.
  • Responsible for high quality delivery on time and on budget. Must understand the impact, risks, implications, and cost of recommendations.
  • Ensure proactive solicitation, gathering requirements, develop solutions and tracking of system changes and enhancements that drive value to the business. Assist clients with the prioritization and acceptance testing of all application initiatives ensuring quality delivery to the customer.
  • Develop requirements documentation used to develop application functionality. Corroborate and receive scope acceptance from internal clients to ensure accuracy in product delivery.
  • Facilitate and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure acceptance and ownership of the changes.
  • Provide upgrades and patching to third party applications, collaborating with team members to test new and existing application functionality before deployment to production.

Skills & Abilities
  • Experience in the CPG/FMCG industry
  • Strong hands-on experience with E-commerce platforms (preferably Salesforces, and Shopify).
  • General EDI experience
  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Leadership skills and proven ability to own a project from start to finish
  • Working knowledge of Commerce Hub, SPS, Avalara, Riskified or other fraud protection solutions, Syndigo, 1WorldSync
  • Strong knowledge of E-Commerce and ERP integration
  • Strong working knowledge of Visio, Project Management, MS Office and configuration management / version control tools. Must possess strong estimation skills.

Experience & Education
  • Bachelor' s Degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager for ecommerce projects
  • 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Consultant with a Consulting / Professional Services company
  • Strong leadership, project management, collaboration, technical, team and communication skills essential.
  • Travel to remote sites may be required
