Bookkeeper

Are you an experienced bookkeeper who loves diving into numbers and keeping financials in top shape? We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Outsourced Bookkeeper to join our team!

Position Overview:

As our Outsourced Bookkeeper, you’ll play a crucial role in managing day-to-day financial operations. From handling expenses and managing accounting software to overseeing invoicing, AP/AR, and tax preparation, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things bookkeeping.

This is a fully remote position, but you should be available for client calls as needed during EST working hours or night shift in PH.

• Manage daily expenses and record financial transactions accurately.
• Oversee and maintain accounting software, ensuring it’s up to date and accurate.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices, managing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records.
• Collaborate with clients to provide financial insights and updates.
• Be available for client calls during EST working hours as needed.

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in popular accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Experience with invoicing, AP/AR management, and tax preparation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with remote collaboration tools.
• Availability for occasional client calls during EST working hours.
• Proficiency in English
