We are currently seeking a Billing Specialist to carry out various tasks related to the preparation and distribution of client invoices.
Duties
As a Billing Specialist, you will be asked to:
- Manage large volumes of data to prepare monthly billing files
- Follow established processes to create invoices
- Send invoices to clients and follow up on unpaid invoices
- Manage questions from clients related to their products and invoices
- Maintain client product information to ensure that billing data is current and accurate
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Rigor and methodology
- Advanced knowledge and experience using Excel including managing large data sets
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
- Autonomous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good team player
- Bilingual with strong working knowledge of both French and English
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.
