Our busy and growing client in Chicago, IL is seeking a Bilingual Remote Customer Service and Order Services Coordinator on a contract to possible hire basis. Will work from home but must live in the Chicago area.

Bilingual Remote Customer Service and Order Services Coordinator Role:
In this role, you will improve sales by providing administrative support to the sales teams, follow up on sales status from the initial sale lead to final supply stage.
Work closely with customers to troubleshoot any technical problems and provide solutions to customers.
Responsible for price quotation and order confirmation issue and follow up. The Customer Service Manager will assist as needed.
Work closely with the team for internal request issuance and follow up.
Open items code according to production.
Assist in introduction and assimilation of MRP system once installed.
Manage oversees stocks on current basis and adjust orders to meet on site demands.
Manage order taking and follow up with all satellite production sites.
Be the liaison with the accounting department of various locations to facilitate production and follow up on order deliveries to customers.
Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in order to have full detailed information for shipping.
Coordinate and forward all requirements for logistics to the logistics coordinator.
Provide an open order report on a weekly basis.
Provide a raw material report on a monthly basis.
Be present in a weekly coordination meeting with production.
Update customers with order status and estimated time of delivery.

Bilingual Remote Customer Service and Order Services Coordinator Background Profile:
Bachelor' s degree is preferred but not a requirement
3+ years' experience in a customer support, order services, sales support type role
Experience working in a manufacturing industry is a plus
Experience working in the food packaging industry is a plus
Experience working in a Global organization is a plus
Sound working knowledge of software systems
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High ability to work remotely and independently
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail skills, along with strong time management skills and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Strong work ethic
Willingness to learn - quick learner
