Join us as an Outbound Full Cycle Sales Representative
About the Role :
We are looking for a professional with a true hunter mindset to drive new business in customized LED signage solutions. You will be responsible for generating outbound opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing B2B deals with clients across industries such as retail, hospitality, and corporate environments.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Philippines time)
Work Mode: Remote / On site depending on operations Location: San Juan City, Manila
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and connect with B2B clients in need of customized signage solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client branding and design needs.
• Collaborate with internal design and production teams to create tailored proposals.
• Present solutions and guide clients through the custom project process.
• Handle objections and drive deals to closure.
Requirements:
• Advanced English proficiency, clear and neutral communication.
• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and full-cycle B2B closing.
• Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads.
• Experience in consultative or solution-based sales.
