Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Bilingual IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion. Your fluency in both English and Spanish, along with your knowledge of C# and SQL, will be highly valuable in communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders across different regions. This is a remote position, but preference will be given to candidates located in West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting the defined scope and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives. Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members.
• Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, identifying and documenting project goals, risks, constraints, and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, to gather project requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure project success.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, progress reports, and change requests.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet the established standards and align with client expectations.
• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources efficiently to maximize project outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to organizational growth.
• Bilingual Communication: Utilize your fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with international clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish. Written and verbal proficiency is essential.
• Proficiency in C# and SQL, with a solid understanding of software development principles.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze project requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
• Experience working in the IT industry, preferably with knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
