We are currently seeking to hire for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative for one of our clients!

This will be a permanent, long-term position
This is a fully remote position!
Pay rate during training: $14/hr
Pay rate post training: $15-$15.50/hr
Start date of 12/09/22
Schedule: Assigned to a 40 hour work week (5 days/wk, 8 hr shifts) anywhere between the hours of operation
Hours of operation: 6am-12am EST , 7 days a week including holidays

What does the role entail?

The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing timely, knowledgeable, and courteous resolution and response to pharmacy, member and product related inquiries.

Duties to include:

Answer and respond to calls and emails
Resolve pharmacy issues from members, providers and pharmacies
Respond to routine inquiries on multiple products from members, providers, pharmacies, and employer groups
Place outgoing phone calls when business ventures warrant
Route calls to appropriate resource
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Enter data accurately and timely
Always maintain a positive and professional demeanor
Utilize multiple company database programs for accessing member information
Achieve individual performance goals for productivity and quality
Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

6+ months receptionist or call center experience in a healthcare specific setting
Bilingual in Spanish (Fluent enough to be comfortable taking calls in Spanish)
Able to provide your own equipment
High School Diploma or GED
18 years of age or older
Reliable Internet Connection
Excellent customer service skills
Computer / typing skills
Professional communication skills
