The General is seeking Customer Service Reps to join our company.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Rep I, you will assist customers, agents and lien holders with requests for information and assistance related to existing insurance policies.
  • Provide professional and friendly service while meeting daily productivity and service goals.
  • Provide thorough service to resolve issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide quote/premium information to customers who wish to make changes to existing policies.
  • Take payments from customers, agents, and partner alliance representatives.
  • Prepare written correspondence in response to requests from third parties regarding coverage history and proof of insurance.
  • Prepare and send information such as ID cards and financial responsibility forms as requested.
  • Assist with training new customer service representatives.

Who You Are

You have a strong desire to help others. You thrive in a team environment and comfortably balance production with the quality of work required. You are proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.

You hold a high school diploma or higher education. You bring 6+ months of clerical or phone experience. Preferably, you bring previous auto insurance experience in a customer service or underwriting role. You are fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
