Requirements

As a Bid Mnager you will be responsible for Coordinating, managing, and administering bid responses is a crucial role, ensuring that PQQ responses, ITTs, and proposals are completed efficiently and effectively. It involves a lot of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to put together compelling bids. Tracking pre-sales activity through the co-ordination of Expression of Interests (EOIs) through to preparation and coordination of the tender/proposal response and submission.Responsible for tender compliance and timescales, content requirements, printing and uploading to the appropriate framework portal.

Essential skills:

Ø  Strong experience as Bid Manager within Software environment

Ø  Ability to influence senior stakeholders

Ø  Strong communicator.

Ø  Excellent organisation skills and being able to keep calm under pressure.

Desirable:

Ø  Shipley Bid Management.

Ø  Typing Skills 60 wpm.Customer service.

Ø  Salesforce user

Ø  Adobe Robohelp 9.0
