We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our US Customers.
- Please note that this is a 100% remote position in the EST.
What You Need for this Position
- B.S. Industrial Engineering or other relevant bachelors or Masters degree
- 4 + years of previous proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in a Global SaaS software organization
- Experience with Complex SaaS Solutions
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working in the Financial Services/Fintech industries? (bonus)
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Willingness to travel extensively
What's In It for You
Base salary for this role is in the $120K - $140K range.
