This role is crucial in helping bring high quality insurance knowledge to the account management team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the employee benefits team at the ground floor and help build the organization's foundation to scale.#LI-RemoteYou'll be responsible for:Be the primary day-to-day contact for clientsDrive the client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal/marketing and open enrollmentEffectively prioritize and manage needs of multiple clients and respective lines of coverageBe a liaison between client and vendors/carriers to resolve issuesProactively developing and maintaining high level client relationships with multiple clientsWorking with Producers and other team members to market for quotesDevelop a strong understanding of benefit products, services, technical tools, and vendor/carrier marketsCoordinate employee communication strategy and preparation of communication materialsYou'll be a great fit if you have:At least three to six years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in an Employee Benefits Account Manager role focused on health lines of coverage within an insurance brokerage firmExcellent oral and written communication skills, as well as superior client service and problem solving skillsAppropriate state licensing to transact and advise on insuranceAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentDemonstrated efficiency with computer systems and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Slack and AdobeBenefits:Competitive compensationStock Options100% employer-covered Medical and DentalUnlimited PTO401k Employee Contribution ProgramNewfront is an equal opportunity employer - we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
