We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic leader to join the HubSpot for Startups team as a BDM Manager. In this role, you’ll lead a team focused on building high-impact relationships with VCs, accelerators, and key partners across the startup ecosystem. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding awareness of HubSpot and our Startups Program, unlocking new opportunities, and driving meaningful impact with early-stage companies worldwide.

HubSpot for Startups is a trusted hub for founders to discover the right tools, insights, and connections needed to scale smarter. We partner with accelerators (ex Y Combinator, Techstars), venture capital firms (ex Sequoia Capital, Accel), and entrepreneurial partners (ex EO, Startup Grind, Carta)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDMs to achieve ambitious growth and impact goals.
  • Oversee partnerships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and ecosystem players to expand the reach of the Startups Program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and advise strategies that drive program adoption, customer growth, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Monitor performance and ensure your team consistently meets targets and contributes to overall program success.
  • Represent HubSpot for Startups externally, speaking at events, building relationships, and acting as a credible voice in the startup community.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to scale and strengthen the program globally.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A strong network within the global startup and venture ecosystem.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding and empathy for the founder journey, with a passion for helping startups grow.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, internally and externally.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and strategic mindset.



Cash compensation range: 170000-225000 USD Annually
