Mira Search, a dedicated HR agency based in Dubai, is excited to recruit on our behalf of our client, a B2B Business Development Manager who understands the tech and fintech industries. In this role, you’ll help grow the company’s revenue by building partnerships and converting leads into long-term clients. Focusing on our EU and EMEA markets, you’ll use a mix of relationship-building and growth strategies specific to the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of growth opportunities in assigned regions to meet revenue targets.
  • Convert leads into active users and strategic partners.
  • Conduct demos for potential clients to showcase platform benefits and close deals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in technology, fintech, and digital assets to provide relevant solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the fintech ecosystem.
  • Strong drive and self-motivation to achieve results and meet targets.
  • Excellent listening, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or business development in the digital assets or tech industry.
