What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Experience with ASIC for corporate secretarial purposes
  • CAS360 Software
  • XERO

What will you do?

  • Extensive experience using CAS360 or similar software for ASIC Corporate compliance, ASIC annual reviews and other various forms and correspondence.
  • Experiences in ASIC-related matters, including ASIC Portal, forms 84, 302, 306, change of address, transfer of shares, de-registrations of companies, registration of business names etc.
  • Experience in registration of Companies, Trusts, business names, applying for ABN, TFN, GST and PAYG registrations.
  • Maintaining the firm’s corporate registers electronically. This will include ensuring all current corporate documents have been or will be uploaded electronically
  • Extensive experience using Xero/MYOB Software’s
  • Assisting accountants with general tax preparation
  • Attend to general Bookkeeping tasks for clients using Xero or MYOB including but not limited to the following.
  1. Allocating of bank feeds
  2. Reconciliation of bank accounts.
  3. Assist clients with the setup of Xero files, including training of clients
  4. Setting up of Invoicing and relevant templates on Xero
  5. Reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable
  6. Assisting clients with use of HubDoc/In-tray for Xero and MYOB
  • Processing of weekly/monthly payroll for a range of clients, done via Xero and MYOB
  • Preparation of financial accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships, Trusts and Companies to final stage
  • Reconciliation of GST liability for clients.
  • Attending to PAYG and Payroll related requirements for clients.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and Annual Business Activity Statements and Installment Activity Statements.
  • Attending Superannuation Guarantee lodgements for clients on a monthly/quarterly basis, done via Xero, MYOB and ATO Small Business Clearing House
