Principal Duties & Responsibilities Must be located in Ohio; Columbus, Dayton or Cincinnati area. The Account Executive will represent employer/clients (state fund employers, self-insured employers and group rated employers) at Workers' Compensation Hearing in Front of the Industrial Commission of Ohio, Central Ohio. Representing employers/clients at Job and Family Services presenting employers position at an unemployment hearing. Hearings are conducted by phone and at Job and Family Services. Including, workers' compensation hearing experience in front of the Industrial Commission of Ohio and a solid knowledge of workers compensation. Requirements A minimum of 1 years working experience in the field of Worker's Compensations and Unemployment Workers' Compensation hearing experience in front of the Industrial Commission of Ohio Solid knowledge of Workers Compensation Solid knowledge of Unemployment Must have an active Ohio Driver's License Physical Demands Ability to drive up to and over 200 miles a Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift and move 25 Skills, Specialized Knowledge and Abilities Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality Outgoing personality, self-motivated Excellent customer service and telephone skills Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel Organization, attention to detail, flexibility and strong ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast paced environment without direct supervision and able to demonstrate considerable initiative Effectively work with others to build consensus and rapport Ability to drive up to and over 200 miles a Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift and move 25 Goals: To possess the ability to work a daily large volume hearing schedule in a fast paced environment without direct supervision.
