This is a work from home/remote opportunity however you must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.Position Summary Plan and manage Emergency Care product implementations, including coordination with the customer and internal support teams. Provide input and review of delivery proposals for pre-sales.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage assignment of the professional services support requests for a geographical region. Manage the execution of the implementation of a customer's solution. Will be responsible for the management of large, mid-level revenue generating projects. Plan individual projects for each customer assigned. Perform configuration of the system to meet customer needs. Provide training or coordinate training on the use of the products, and complete all associated paperwork documenting the system is ready for use. Coordinate with other Stryker team members, customers and other business partners to ensure that all appropriate tasks have been planned and are executed according to the project plan. Participate in sales process as needed to specify technical solution and delivery services to meet customer requirements. Provide additional post-implementation support to customers on a tier-1 level (includes troubleshooting potential issues, updating the customer configuration according to changes in the customer environment or operation, and other similar activities). Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & ExperienceBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education degree and highly relevant experience min 2 years in project management or equivalent. PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Paramedic experience with a current Health Care Providers license preferred. Ability to work independently with occasional guidance from senior team members or management PMP certification or clinical field experience preferred Working knowledge of computer systems, Web-based applications, and IP-based communication technology. Advanced working knowledge of various software products: Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word. Working knowledge of communication technologies including cellular, Bluetooth and wireless. Records management and good record keeping practices Excellent task management including prioritization skills Ability to solve complex problems following established policies and procedures.
