Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Associate Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing Elite Technology implementations with law firms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of our technology solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects for Elite Technology solutions within law firms, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating project status updates.
  • Conduct comprehensive project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including software developers, product managers, and support specialists, to coordinate project activities and resolve any implementation-related issues.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide training and support to clients on Elite Technology solutions, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of our products.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of project management processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or technology deployment projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
  • Experience working with law firms or legal technology solutions is a plus.
