You will be working with the ComplianceAlpha Product Team and other internal and external stakeholders to help achieve our product vision. The main goals of the Associate Product Manager includes gathering and writing detailed product requirements and helping align them with our business goals to help improve our overall user experience. Our ideal candidates should combine technical background with a Business Administration or Marketing degree. Experience in the governance, risk or compliance space is a plus. Key Role Responsibilities Work cross-functionally with internal and external parties including software engineers, ACA compliance consultants and clients to implement features for global roll-out. Conduct research to identify customer needs, market gaps and help write detailed product specifications to deliver functional solutions to our clients. Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines Work with our Customer Success team on product roll outs, customer training and drafting product documentation Work with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience. Coordinate and synthesize customer research and competitor analysis. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities People management skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to multi task and prioritize work Hands on experience working with SaaS products Strong time management skills Desire to succeed! Requirements BA degree or foreign equivalent in Business AdministrationManagement, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or related discipline and 1- 2 years of work experience in compliance, product management, consulting or finance.
