Your Role and Responsibilities
An Associate Partner in Kyndryl's Advisory and Implementation Service line leads teams that provide consultative skills and technology expertise to drive sales and deliver customer service requirements. Associate Partners are responsible for end-to-end opportunity ownership and working with other Kyndryl resources to support deal closures and delivery in complex, cross-practice deals.

This position is for experts with direct experience in Cloud Technology and Architecture Consulting Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a relationship with key client stakeholders; experience originating deals with C-level clients; lead pursuit teams; participate and lead the proposal development process; contribute to proposal shaping and pricing strategies.
  • Sales Management: Manage to a Quota-Based sales plan through opportunity identification, pipeline management, solution development and presentation, contracting, negotiation, and delivery of services leading to future opportunities.
  • Delivery & Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
  • Practitioner Development: Perform the role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
  • Sales Pursuit and Pipeline Development: End to end opportunity ownership and expansion/creation of pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Use Case Prioritization, ROI, and Business Case
  • Service Offering Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create industry points of view for our service offerings.
  • Cloud Strategy, Architecture, and Roadmap: Provide cloud strategy, architecture, roadmap guidance, and leadership for Enterprise Cloud Migration programs including cloud-based application portfolio assessment, business case, migration roadmap, etc.
  • Service Offering Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create industry points of view for our Cloud-based service offerings.
  • Work closely with hyper-scalers to keep team skills relevant around new services and collaborate across teams to improvise offerings
  • Create repeatable solution architectures, white papers on cloud deployment patterns, best practices
  • Lead creation of automation assets and innovative architecture to create service differentiators

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $177,000 to $273,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
