About the role:
The Associate Manager, Inventory Planning will focus on ensuring OUAI’s location-specific inventory is optimized for accuracy and availability. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of inventory management best practices and has experience managing daily transactional activity and inventory reconciliation across multiple warehouses and manufacturing sites. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities to make inventory-related recommendations. The ideal candidate must be curious, open to learning, utilizing new skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Clear and concise communication skills are required, along with the ability to prioritize workload.Benefits

What you’ll do:
- Identify variances at Contract Manufacturer sites
- Analyze/identify root cause of variances at 3PLs
- Organize and review final variances with the Senior Manager
- Post detailed inventory adjustments in NetSuite
- Report on low-stock or at-risk SKUs weekly
