Manage project delivery process, scope, and costs of complex projects with minimal supervision, drive completion of the project and mentor other team members. Establish partnerships with stakeholders to build support, secure sponsorship, and ensure alignment for project outcomes, end products, and/or solutions. Drive change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to the development of training. Evaluate project results against success metrics. Create or reengineer processes and resources to improve productivity and product. M – F, 40 hours/week. Salary Range: $154,465 - $228,700/year. Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires five (5) years of progressively responsible software project management experience to include five (5) years with the following: leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics; utilizing Agile development framework to drive and complete overall process improvement and project management responsibilities; strategic program planning, stakeholder alignment, and risk management to ensure successful outcomes across cross-functional teams; and integrating Agile and traditional delivery approaches to maximize business value.  Apply: reference job #118147.

The potential base pay range for this role is $154,465 - $228,700 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
