As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will use marketing data to tell compelling stories, prove value, and upsell is how your roll. You have great presentation and communication skills and love collaborating with a wide variety of people at all levels to deliver first class service.

Remote Opportunity


Translate specific needs/business objectives of accounts into actionable and strategic account plans that drive realization of our value for the client
Develop trusted relationships with customers to consultatively recommend new products and services resulting in upsell
Analyze benchmarks, trends, and outliers within client marketing data. Work with our Strategy teams to provide insights and recommendations to the client based on findings
Lead client training/onboarding as needed
Learn industry-specific marketing strategies, competitive threats, and points of differentiation in the assigned vertical
Attend in-person client meetings and industry events as needed up to 10% of time
Meet and exceed revenue targets
Work cross-departmentally to ensure client satisfaction
Resolve client issues that arise with good judgement and decision making; escalate as necessary through appropriate channels
Maintain up-to-date CRM (as required by management


2-3+ years combined experience in Digital Marketing and Customer Success or other revenue driving client-facing role required
1+ years experience using digital marketing performance data to tell compelling stories and drive revenue growth. Experience with Google Analytics is preferred
1+ years experience generating, qualifying, accelerating, negotiating, and closing up-sell/cross-sell and renewal opportunities
Experience working in the Multifamily industry a huge plus
Working knowledge of Web Design, SEO, and/or Pay-Per-Click advertising
Experience managing client expectations, objections, and complaints
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
Highly self-motivated, positive, adaptable, creative, and deals well with ambiguity


2+ years experience managing customers' digital marketing performance and a proven history of growing accounts with great retention.
Relationship skills are on-point and your consultative and strategic approach to partnerships is what makes customers keep coming back for more.
