As a Digital Customer Experience Associate, you are responsible for providing and delivering exceptional service to our customers while creating a luxury experience. You will remove obstacles, provide support, and are empowered to "do the right thing." You will have a passion for service, design and home furnishings. Digital Customer Experience Associates play an integral role in providing luxury service and assessing the needs of our customers via Chat, email and phone. You will work in collaboration with cross-functional partners and leaders to ensure the customer's needs are not only met but also exceeded. You are expected to be an innovator with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
