Associate Partners work closely with colleagues in the leading and managing of complex, custom and multi work-stream solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. This is the level for seasoned professionals capable of conversing confidently and fluidly with executive level clients on all of their business issues and harnessing the full power of the KF enterprise and our offerings to co-create effective and profitable solutions.
In this role you will split time between a Products role and a Lead Board consultant role (50/50). In the Product role, be responsible for the launch, development and success of the new Exec Pay Database. For Consulting, would act as a typical lead consultant with board and management relationships. This role works in conjunction with the NA Leader for EP&G and the Global Head of Total Rewards.Product Management Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement: Work to develop the sales tool kit (demo, infographic, sale sheets), marketing approach, target accounts, and launch plan. Work with Sales leader to track progress against key sales metrics. Develop a pricing/discounting strategy and monitor effectiveness.
Product Development: Develop the data collection, quality, and output approach for immediate launch and future development. Use understanding of broader pay survey market to build "table stakes" and differentiated offerings. Work in conjunction with Digital Developers to manage builds, upgrades, change orders.
Product Quality: In conjunction with Exec Sales and Digital Delivery, build quality standards and monitor their success. Set benchmarks for database improvements. Work weekly for updates in submissions, quality, and output. Ensure data density goals are met.
Financial and Stakeholder Success: Ensure the product is providing the necessary financial return. Ensure we are not only hitting revenue goals, but goals related to our target accounts. Monitor consultant satisfaction with output.
Client Management: Along with sales, manage interface with KF Pay sales team on shared accounts, and with broader KF Marquee and regional accounts to ensure access and success with clients.Lead Consultant, EP&G Consulting Responsibilities:
Meet standards of a Client Partner at 50% rate: 20% utilization and $500-700k in billed and collected (50% of target). EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Typically, a relevant higher (Master's or Doctorate) degree plus significant (12+ years) relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR function in progressively larger and more complex/high impact client situations.
- Alternatively, significant work experience (12+ years) in a top tier professional services firm.
- Perceived as an expert in a particular business sector and an area of expertise.
- Demonstrate a strong "outside-in" orientation, driving the development of industry-specific or client-specific products and services to meet emerging business needs, leveraging practice and industry experts and in alignment with global initiatives.
