About the role…
We’re looking for a highly organized, motivated Associate to support our brand and creator partnerships, ensuring smooth campaign execution and maintaining strong relationships with creators.
Roles and responsibilities…
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as coordinating gifting logistics, scheduling "going live" times for content, and ensuring live content includes appropriate links.
- Manage the partnership closing process, ensuring that campaigns are finalized smoothly and all deliverables are met.
- Manage and curate our creator discovery lists.
- Source and identify relevant creators for brand gifting opportunities
- Partner with the Client Strategy team to identify and plan for campaign opportunities within the ShopMy book of brands.
- Ensure timely follow-up between all relevant parties on campaigns, as well as proper set up on the platform.
Our non-negotiables…
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-2 years of work experience, partnership or campaign experience is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional skills and attributes…
- Experience managing or supporting influencer campaigns is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and creator dynamics.
