This position requires an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Morpheus, OpsRamp, Zerto, and HPE VM Essentials (VME). The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, pre-sales engagements, technical delivery, and platform enablement initiatives across hybrid-cloud environments. The role demands deep expertise in cloud management platforms, automation, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, virtualization, and hyperconverged infrastructure technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, technical presentations, and customer workshops.
- Provide architectural guidance for hybrid-cloud, automation, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Morpheus, OpsRamp, Zerto, and HPE VM Essentials (VME).
- Architect and deploy scalable HCI solutions using VMware, Nutanix, and HPE VM Essentials platforms.
- Design and automate service catalogs using Morpheus integrated with Ansible and Terraform across VMware, Azure, AWS, and VME environments.
- Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) using standardized architectural frameworks.
- Establish governance, validation processes, and delivery best practices to ensure solution quality.
- Mentor and enable delivery teams through reusable templates, automation blueprints, and technical training.
- Drive platform optimization, integrations, monitoring, observability, backup, disaster recovery, and cloud governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or solution architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in Morpheus, OpsRamp, Zerto, and HPE VM Essentials (VME).
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), Aria Suite, and Nutanix Prism/AOS.
- Strong understanding of Hybrid Cloud, IaaS, networking, governance, identity management, and cloud management platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes platforms and containerized workloads.
- Strong Linux/Ubuntu administration skills.
- Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, and Python automation.
- Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, Service Catalog, and platform integrations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring tools including OpsRamp, Azure Monitor, vROps, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of backup and disaster recovery technologies including Zerto, Veeam, and Commvault.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in complex multi-cloud environments.
