Summary of the Role
Netchex is hiring an Applied AI Product Leader to drive measurable business impact through applied AI.
This is not a traditional product management role focused on roadmaps and requirements. We are looking for a senior individual contributor who can build production-ready AI agents end-to-end across GTM, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations.
This is a builder role with an engineering mindset. You will identify opportunities, design solutions, and ship working AI systems that deliver real efficiency gains.
The ideal candidate combines technical fluency, business judgment, and a bias to action, and is capable of turning AI capabilities into production-grade solutions that materially improve how the business runs.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prioritize, and own AI-driven optimization opportunities across product, operations, and internal workflows
• Build, deploy, and iterate on production-ready AI agents end-to-end
• Translate ambiguous business problems into practical, working AI solutions — not just requirements documents
• Partner cross-functionally across GTM, CS, Finance, Support, and Ops to ensure solutions drive real impact
• Define and track success metrics (time saved, cost reduction, efficiency gains) for every initiative
• Continuously refine live AI systems based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Stay current on AI tooling and proactively surface new automation opportunities across the business
What We’re Looking For
· Hands-on proficiency with Claude Code and modern AI tooling - Ability to build, deploy, and iterate on agents independently
· Track record of shipping production AI/automation systems end-to-end - Not just specs, prototypes, or strategy
· Strong business judgment across functions (GTM, CS, Finance, Ops) - Can identify high-leverage automation opportunities autonomously
· Comfort operating as a senior IC in high-ambiguity environments - Experience working directly with executive leadership
· Bias to action and outcomes - Proven impact in efficiency gains, cost savings, and process improvements
