As an Application Support Analyst, your primary responsibilities will involve resolving our customers’ pain points within established timeframes. This entails effective communication with our clients, troubleshooting application issues stemming from support requests, and collaborating with internal teams to determine resolutions. Your role will require the consistent application of product knowledge and support procedures and policies to address client and departmental needs, all while providing individualized oversight. 


  • Investigate situations involving existing code base to determine potential issues
  • Assist with the resolution of pain points that may arise through the use of our platform
  • Coordinate problem resolution with various internal contacts
  • Monitor system and database feedback to prevent future issues
  • Perform or assist with customer professional service efforts
  • Identify bugs in code and devise solutions
  • Perform critical system maintenance tasks
  • Write and execute custom code blocks to complete customer requests
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for your team

The salary range for this position is $60,000- $80,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Salary information is provided per state regulations in CA, CO, NY, and WA.
