The Alliance Marketing team at Crestron is uniquely positioned to support future of work, return to work, return to school, and hybrid workforce initiatives for the world's largest organizations and educational institutions. We are driving the market towards hyper productive workplaces and classrooms where collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams and Zoom), room environmental controls, scheduling solutions and high-quality AV experiences converge. Our customers are able to manage, monitor and accelerate time to value through simplified deployments by leveraging our scalable and secure cloud based IoT platform.
The Alliance Partner Manager is responsible for building, developing and maintaining the Alliance Partner relationships in the assigned region and will be measured primarily on the resulting revenue. Crestron is looking for someone who has experience growing revenues through a strategic Partnership Marketing with large technology firms. We are flexible on candidate location, but our preference is near to one of our HQ locations: Plano TX or Rockleigh NJ/ NYC Metro.

At Crestron, our Alliance Marketing Team is the fastest growing business line within the organization and works across all disciplines including Enterprise, Commercial, Federal, Education, Medical, State/Local Government sales, Business Units, Engineering, while working in collaboration with our AV sales teams in providing our joint customers with the best possible end-to-end solutions. You will develop and execute a territory plan designed to maximize Crestron's revenues with our full Flex portfolio. This will include strategic planning and positioning of the complete Crestron Flex product family, sales engagements, trainings and speaking engagements.
You will join a successful global Marketing team dedicated to growing sales via successful alliance partnership relationships. They can articulate Crestron's product and business strategies and have a proven track record of success in delivering results. In summary, we are looking for someone to join our team who enjoys spending most of their time engaging with customers and our dealers at multiple levels, managing relationships and maximizing Crestron's revenue. + Drive Crestron solution sales via networking and personal connections within Alliance Partner firms
+ Generate net-new enterprise sales opportunities through the partnership relationship
+ Support Crestron field sellers where needed with pipeline creation, deal support & demand generation activities such as local events for Alliance Partner Industry events.
+ Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas and activities goals
+ Own the shared pipeline and sales opportunity management with your assigned Alliance Partner Firm programs use Partner Sales Connect and the Partner Business Plan with all partner sales teams in assigned region
+ Maximize all investment funding vehicles, promotions and strategies available from your assigned Alliance Partner Firms
+ 10+ years' experience in an Alliance Marketing Sales or Business Development role developing and managing strategic partnerships
+ 5+ Years professional experience in the Conferencing/ AV /Cloud industry - working in either Business Development, Sales or Alliance Partner model
+ Proven track record in growing revenues through an Alliance partnership
+ Experienced in developing and managing strategic partnerships with a proven track record of success in delivering results
+ Ability to articulate Crestron's product and business strategies
+ Strong project and program management skills
+ Be able to overcome field sales challenges and evangelize the Creston value at all levels of Alliance Partner Firms
+ 5+ Years professional experience in the Conferencing/ AV /Cloud industry - working in either Business Development Alliance model
+ Demonstrated understanding of key IOT, Conferencing/AV, Cloud technologies
+ Ability to Travel 25% + of the time for Alliance related Events, Meetings, and Trainings
+ Excellent Presentation Skills - Virtual and In-Person
+ Proven Ability to build cross functional relationship internal/external, e,g. Leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Distribution teams.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, CS or Engineering - Preferred
