Consider joining Kohler in the role of Agile Project Manager!The Agile project manager coordinates all aspects of management of the projects at a high level but, in line with the Dynamic System development methods (DSDM Agile) concept of empowerment, the role is expected to leave the detailed planning of the actual delivery of the product(s) to the members of the Solution development/implementation team. Role takes responsibility throughout the duration of the project, this must include both business and technical delivery aspects of the project, from foundations (if not feasibility) through to deployment/implementation.In addition to the above the role will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies, plans that maximize employee adoption and usage to minimize resistance. The role will drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees to ensure increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results.Specific ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementEnsuring effective and timely communication and provision of information to project governance authorities (Business Sponsor, project board, steering committee etc.) and stakeholders not actively engaged in the project with the agreed and appropriate level of frequency and formality.Performing high-level project planning and scheduling, but not detailed Timebox planning or task planning.Collaborating with the Solution development/implementation team and other appropriate stakeholders to create and agree the delivery plan (the schedule of project Increments and the timeboxes within them).Monitoring progress against the baselined delivery plan.Managing risk and any issues as they arise, collaborating with senior business or technical roles as required to resolve them.Motivating and ensuring empowerment of the teams to meet their objectives.Monitoring and ensuring appropriate involvement and communication between required members of the multi-disciplinary Solution development/implementation team.Handling problems escalated from the Solution development/implementation team.Providing help and guidance to the Solution development/implementation team where difficult situations arise.Attending daily progress meetings, resource alignment meetings, team huddles, as appropriate, to keep a current understanding of the team's progress and issues, and to flag up to the team, where necessary, any important external issues that that team need to be aware of.Change ManagementApply Prosci change management process and tools to support in creating strategies to smooth adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Support communication efforts the design, development, delivery and management of communications.Assess the change impact conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.Support training efforts provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.Skills/RequirementsEducated to degree level or professionally qualification in a recognized institution.Agile Project Management qualification.Prosci Change management practitioner.4+ project management roles.Intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and project management tools.SAP experience.Desirable:Experience in using or qualification in Design thinking.Master's degree or IT degree.RPA Implementation Methodology training.Additional business language skills.Experience of working in a shared service environment.We will consider applicants requiring sponsorship for this opportunity.Why Work at Kohler Co.?Kohler Co.'s mission is to contribute to a higher level of gracious living for those who are touched by our products and services.
