Your keen eye for detail, creative design skills, and resourcefulness will be essential in creating stories that show how our company benefits and connects with a larger audience.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building our brand through YouTube and social media platforms. 


More specifically, you’ll need to:

  • Increase market awareness
  • Generate leads organically and through paid advertisements
  • Expand the reach for podcasts and events

This is a full-time role and you’ll need to work some EST hours.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand awareness campaigns.

✅ Ability to analyse market trends and competitor strategies to position the company effectively. 

✅ Strong skills in public relations and media outreach to enhance company visibility. 

✅ Creative thinking to identify new opportunities for increasing brand exposure. 

✅ Expertise in organic lead generation strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media engagement.


✅ Proficiency in designing and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Instagram & Linkedin Ads, social media ads, etc.). 

✅ Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance. 

✅ Ability to segment and target audiences effectively, ensuring high-quality lead generation. 

✅ Experience in promoting podcasts and events through multiple channels (social media, email marketing, partnerships).


✅ Innovative ideas for cross-promotional activities and collaborations to boost podcast listenership and event attendance. 

✅ Skills in event marketing, including creating compelling event pages, leveraging event platforms, and engaging with potential attendees.


✅ Capacity to leverage analytics to understand listener and attendee demographics and preferences for future growth strategies such as creating landing pages and working on email marketing platforms. ActiveCampaign is a plus.

In addition to these, we would like you to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Adaptability and willingness to stay current with evolving digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Timely return of phone calls.
  • Professional appearance on video calls.
  • Clean criminal record.
