Age Ratings Manager

Role Overview

To manage and supervise the Age Ratings Team: managing age rating submission process, planning of resources internally, ensuring the highest quality of product to deadlines, coordinating all related staff & departmental issues. 

Responsibilities 
●    Support submissions of age ratings for international territories for all products
●    Supervision and management of Age Ratings Team
●    Ensure that team is correctly driving schedules, and that materials are created on time and at the correct quality level
●    Act as a point of escalation for team members, and removes obstacles as needed
●    Coach, mentor, and develop team leadership by providing them consistent support, feedback, and active guidance.
●    Collaborate with other Support Team Managers on the best way to optimize team communication pipelines and info sharing
●    Build relationships with Dev, QA, Legal and Ops
●    Drive processes, including post-mortems, that identify opportunities to improve.
●    Updates and owns accountability for SLA’s
●    Monitor team’s workload and adjust product assignments as needed
●    Escalate any risk to schedule 
●    Create and is responsible for success of team OKR’s
●    Create and monitor workback templates
●    Track overall health of Age Ratings Team, coming up proactive ways to achieve and maintain high job satisfaction within the team
●    Live, promote, enforce amongst your team and personally demonstrate the 2K Values.

Knowledge and Skills
●    Knowledge of all major age ratings agency requirements and submission process
●    Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, internally & externally
●    Management skills to include: successfully handling ambiguity, flexibility & understanding of the development process, and maintain good relations with producers & developers
●    Ability to manage competing timelines and information needs on multiple projects and platforms at once
●    Knowledge of MS Office suite
●    Strong leadership skills

Basic Qualifications
●    Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent minimum
●    Minimum of 3-5 years of work involved with age ratings
●    Reliable with the ability to work in a team environment
