**Description:**We are looking to fill some basis administrative activities for our current staff so they can work on more complex work as we have extremely high volumes for processing work. We are looking at 12-15 temps, they could be based remote but would prefer West Coast (WA state) or East Coast ( NC state) time zone but we are open. There would be some brief training and we would provide the computer equipment set up to them. They must be able to work full time with an opportunity for overtime as well.These temp positions would be 100% remote paying $18.50/hr. They must have both technical proficiency to use a software program and high attention to detail. The assignments could range from +/- 3-6 months or longer based on business need/performance.Types of tasks we are looking at include:Post-Board -• Completing COAs on work orders. Consists of generating the COA and clicking the complete button• Transmitting approval documents on a work order. Consists of clicking the transmit button on a work order and waiting for the activity to complete in IRIS, which can take as much as 30 minutes per work order.Expedited -• Reaching out to clients for basic information such as missing forms or ICF review and maintaining those client contacts until the WO is ready for final approval.• Assisting with new protocol routing using our internal routing sheet.• Assisting with queue triage for assigning/sorting.Initial Review (log in and pre-board) -• Identifying work per campus (CX routing triage)• COVID envelope identification/labeling• Creating contacts in IRIS• Data entry for site submissions, consisting of logging documents into IRIS, filling in the study window, creating a shell work order and routing to general queue for processing• Prep for board meetings, consisting of drafting end of meeting findings and identifying if any board members have made changes to CIR consent formsCIR - r• Duties are TBD at this time**Skills:**Administrative support, Outlook, Microsoft office, data entry, Customer service**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**MUST:- Strong internet connection for WFH (20 MBPS)- About 6 mo. of office/professional exp- Ability to use MS office suite (word, excel, outlook, etc.)- Ability to work OT as needed (upwards of 50hrs)NICE:- Come from a clinical or research type of company**Experience Level:**Expert Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
