Coordinate the joining of new MLSs as needed.Approve all new agent applications that are not auto-vetted/set up mentorships as needed. Approve/Sign all transfer documentation for agents. Works closely with Agent Experience for Broker questions. Provides support to the Designated Managing Broker and Managing Broker TeamAssist with Agent and State Trello Boards: Manages Agent Approval, Manages Agent Invitation AcceptanceCoordinate with Broker Primary Board to maintain Agent complianceManage State CalendarAssists with management of Local Board Associations: Auditing, Invoicing & Compliance Assists Broker with generating and distributing communications to AgentsAdministrator of State social media groupsLiaison to: MLS BoardsNon-eXp BrokeragesAgentsVendorsSpecial Projects as directed by Brokerage OperationsKnowledge & Skills RequirementsTuesday - Saturday scheduleReal estate (transactional) contract review Skyslope experience preferred2+ years of experience in administration and/or operationsExperience in the real estate industry strongly preferredStrong ability to multitaskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite>EducationBA/BS in business administration or related field preferredHigh School Diploma/GED requiredeXp Realty is an equal employment opportunity employer.
