  • You have more than 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Experience in Office Management/ Logistics/ Operations
  • Strong communication skills - essential in a 100% remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good understanding of claims handling
  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Hybrid or remote work experience preferred
  • You are fluent in English and French+another language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese are a plus.
  • Liaising with suppliers and transport companies in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and theNetherlands about ongoing queries.
  • Communicating with clients for administrative needs.
  • Documentation/administrative processing.
  • Review CMRs and delivery confirmations.
  • Preparation and follow-up of Export vehicles 
  • Handle incoming emails and dispatch to correct departments
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
  • Contractor agreement with hourly rate
  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic, international team
  • Full remote position (Monday-Friday 9-18)
