You will provide high-level administrative support through various areas and types of support, such as, but not limited to; conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings and travel for Growth Operations Leadership. You will also support the department's VP's and provide project coordination as needed. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to: Leadership administrative support. Department support and coordination. Project coordination. What You Will Bring We'd love to hear from candidates with: Required Experience and Competencies: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2 years of administrative or office support, administrative analyst, or project or department coordination/support role. Preferred Talent Assets: 3-4 years of increasingly complex administrative support and project coordination experience.
