Craver Solutions is searching for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team!

About Us

Craver Solutions is a mobile app platform that empowers restaurants with custom-branded apps, boosting customer engagement and loyalty. We offer features like mobile ordering, payment, rewards programs, and more, helping restaurants thrive in today's competitive landscape. We collaborate with Vancouver favourites like Railtown Cafe and Pizza Garden, alongside restaurants across North America.

About You

  • You're a natural at keeping things organized and running smoothly.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You're a whiz at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • You possess strong proficiency with technology in general, with an attitude to learn more.
  • Availability during US Pacific Timezone business hours (9am to 6pm) is a must.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, including tasks related to onboarding, project management, client communication, and app development.
  • Manage communication channels (slack, email, phone, etc.) and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
  • Assist with project documentation and data management.
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 year of administrative experience.

You possess strong proficiency with technology in general, with an attitude to learn more.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Availability during US Pacific Timezone business hours (9am to 6pm) is mandatory.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Proficient in email management and communication.

Ability to learn new software and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
