About Our Client

My client based just outside of Oxford is a rapidly expanding organisation with huge plans for growth. They are looking for an immediately available Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on an initial temporary basis.

Job Description

Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities:

Processing supplier invoices
Processing expenses
Payment runs
Helping to improve our evolving processes
Proactively seeking opportunities to deliver improvements.
The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk:

Immediately available or on short notice
Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk/Purchase Ledger
Good attention to detail
Good Excel skills
Extremely organised with good business acumen
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to work effectively with teams
Good IT skills including Power Point, Excel and Word
Good understanding of need for diplomacy and confidentiality
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
