Accounting / Property Manager (AppFolio)

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM PST with lunch break

Salary: $1,200-$1,500 USD per month

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting / Property Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for accounting tasks and property management duties, ensuring the smooth operation of our managed properties.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Accounting: Handle financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Property Management: Oversee property maintenance, tenant relations, lease agreements, and ensure compliance with property regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain open and responsive communication with clients, tenants, and team members.


  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and property management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and property management software, such as AppFolio.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
