💼 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant based in the Philippines to support our finance operations in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with an international team and contribute directly to the financial integrity and efficiency of our business.

📍 Employment Details

Location: Remote (Philippines-based candidates only)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Start Date: Immediate or by mutual agreement

Compensation:

Full-Time: USD 1,500/month

Part-Time: USD 800/month

Tasks

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards
• Collaborate with international teams on finance-related tasks

Requirements

🎓 Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles
• Experience with accounting software (DATEV is a plus, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong communication and teamwork skill
• Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
