Overview
As a key member of our Accounting team in Latin America, you will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage accounting systems used by clients.
- Coordinate financial activities and reconcile accounts for multiple locations.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial policies and regulations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve financial procedures and systems.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Sage Intacct or Netsuite is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Background in accounting services, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well with clients and team members.
