Specialists connect with clients through various mediums to provide support and/or recommend goods and services. They utilize a singular mode of communication, typically phone calls, emails, or chats and are responsible for maintaining customer service levels in line with our culture and client expectations.
o Perform a heavy volume of inbound and outbound phone duties
o Use the internal proprietary software and technology of Rock Connections
o Participate in regular training on products and clients of Rock Connections
o Filter leads on behalf of Rock Connections clients
sales, customer service, phone communication, communication and negotiation skills, communication and people skills
Typing 35 Words per Minute
Client/Customer Experience required, telemarketing experience is a bonus
Production driven environment (experience meeting and exceeding sales, production goals)
Strong verbal AND written communication ability
Inbound and outbound phone - email, text, chat - based on campaign (80 + outbound - 2-5 outbound/hour)
Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
Multi-system computer experience (examples; double monitors, use of multiple applications at the same time)
