Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Communicate with internal team members to provide updates on client objectives, expectations, and timelines.
• Develop project schedules, and deliver materials on time and within budget.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance quality and efficiency across projects.
• Oversee and mentor more junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with relevant scientific and/or medical knowledge and expertise is required.
• 3-4 years experience in a medical communications agency required.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• 2-3 years experience in Medical Affairs.
