The Partner account manager is the face of 360dialog to their named Book of Business and the primary contact for all opportunities and issues pertaining to their customer base. The partner account manager will own partners from qualification to execution and expansion, on new inbound opportunities liasing with the onboarding team in the early stages of development. Partner Account managers will be responsible for maintaining key CRM information and ensuring they are achieving set quotas to grow their partner business.
