The Partner account manager is the face of 360dialog to their named Book of Business and the primary contact for all opportunities and issues pertaining to their customer base. The partner account manager will own partners from qualification to execution and expansion, on new inbound opportunities liasing with the onboarding team in the early stages of development. Partner Account managers will be responsible for maintaining key CRM information and ensuring they are achieving set quotas to grow their partner business.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving set goals against a named Book of Business or prospecting target list
  • Qualifying new high potential partners to 360dialog and closing their business
  • Working with named Book of Business to help them understand our solutions
  • Working with named Book of Business to expand their usage of 360dialog solutions
  • Running educational cadence, including webinars and events to highlight new capabilities
  • Remain up to date on official WhatsApp Business API documentation, processes and policies
  • Ensure partners are up to date on payments and take action to remediate late payments

Requirements

Your profile - basic qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in a sales role in a tech environment
  • Experience in a business messaging role preferred
  • History of achieving set goals and targets
  • Excellent communication skills
