We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Account Manager.   You will be an integral part of a sales team that sells and supports Agilent’s chromatographic products in Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling Agilent products to end-user customers.

  • Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales activities.

  • Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts list, or for identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company products.

  • Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions.

  • Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans.

  • Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.

  • Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.

  • May drive customer utilization of Agilent’s online sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Biology or similar scientific discipline.

  • 1-2+ years proven experience in sales, preferably in the scientific or analytical instruments industry.

  • Experience with chromatographic separations (Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectroscopy) and fundamentals and principles is highly desired.

  • Deep technical understanding of Agilent’s portfolio of chromatographic solutions and associated applications is highly desirable.

  • Strong computer skills and excellent technical written and oral presentation skills are essential.

  • Must be a good team player, able to work collaboratively on projects and sales opportunities.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least June 15, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible. In the US, this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $110,250.00 - $183,750.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
