Job Summary
  • this position will need to commute once a week to NYC to meet with account. Remainder of work week may be done virtually. Ideal candidate will live in Tri-State area*
This customer-facing role is the on-site point-of-contactfor complex, sophisticated healthcare systems. Collaborates, engages and provides customer management autonomously. Leads communications across a variety of Owens & Minor departments to facilitate the strategic relationship with the healthcare system.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains strong operational processes and performance with the customer.
  • Performs duties, on-site with the customer, to react in a timely manner for information and requests
  • Works to manage and ensure contract compliance to all terms and conditions.
  • Collaborates with off-site personnel to ensure accurate and consistent information is present for the customer.
  • Acts as liaison between the Hospital and division department heads to ensure smooth conversions.
Qualifying Experience
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred, two to three years of Customer Service experience required; knowledge of Health Care industry a plus
  • Supply chain, or hospital distribution experience preferred.
  • MS Office and Salesforce experience preferred and the ability to quickly learn and utilize enterprise software
  • Ability to work independently to seek issue resolution and solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication .
