Benchmark IT is seeking highly motivated Technical Recruiters and Account Executives to join our team. At Benchmark we are dedicated to delivering the best service experience to our clients and candidates and have the Google Reviews and Great Recruiters Certification to prove it!

We're embracing work-from-home for our team, and have been expanding our services to clients nationwide. At Benchmark you'll utilize state-of the-art sales and recruitment tools and platforms to identify, evaluate, and match qualified IT talent and identify deliver inspired service to IT managers, to help build their teams and get projects done.

We seek self-starters with at least 2 years of staffing experience, including:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong understanding on how to use technology, the internet, and personal networks to be productive, resourceful and problem solve.
• Strong organizational skills
• Keen interest in the tech industry
