As the Western territory Account Executive, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition in your assigned territory.
The salary range for this role is targeting 125K base and commission (approx. $250,000 OTE), based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed your assigned software quota
- Create a comprehensive territory plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects and position our software solutions
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Lead contract negotiations and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on prospect needs and market insights.
- Work with your assigned BDR and develop an outbound sales strategy for your territory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in SFDC; consistently forecast your business, quarter over quarter
- Actively travel within your assigned territory. Attend sales meetings, trade shows and other industry events.
